Curriculum Option #1 - Who Made My Clothes?
Students uncover the journey behind their clothes through interactive activities, exploring the supply chain, ethics, and sustainability. This engaging series fosters creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking while emphasizing fair trade.
1. Role-Playing: "Walk in Their Shoes"- In teams, receive $15 to "spend" on producing a T-shirt. Decide how to allocate funds across the supply chain—balancing fair wages, environmental costs, and profits—while learning about ethical decision-making and the true costs of fashion.
2. T-Shirt Adventure Relay- In this fun relay race, students journey through the T-shirt supply chain, from cotton fields to store shelves. Each station represents a different step, where students complete engaging activities that highlight ethical choices along the way.

3. Fashion Detective Challenge – Become a fashion detective and uncover the stories behind your favorite clothes! In this interactive activity, students will investigate the labels of their garments to learn about their origins, production methods, and ethical practices.
4. Fair Trade Marketplace: Build Your Own Ethical Brand- Students learn the impact of fair trade and its impact on communities around the world. Creating their own ethical brand and working in teams, they source materials, develop marketing strategies, and pitch their products in a mini marketplace.
Curriculum Option #2 - Life Cycle of a T-Shirt
1. Build Your Fashion Brand – Students create a sustainable fashion brand, from sourcing ethical materials to designing products and logos, making eco-conscious choices at every step through fun, hands-on activities.
2. Sustainability Vision Boards – Get creative and design your vision for a more ethical and sustainable fashion industry. Students will focus on goal-setting, sustainability, and personal values. Eg Plastic Free Challenge or From Waste To Wonder or Designing Your Wardrobe or Future of Fashion

4. Upcycle Relay Race - Join the fast-paced Upcycle Relay Race! Teams compete to turn discarded items into creative new designs, promoting teamwork, creativity, and sustainability.
